REFUND POLICY
14-DAY RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. (30 days for print-on-demand products). The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the item and includes both digital and physical products. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform this website by sending² an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
² You should include your name, geographical address, phone number, and email address.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND
Print-on-demand products are made with Printful. If a product is a print-on-demand product, this will be stated in the product description. Check their return policy for info. If you purchase a product from this website and for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, contact me within 30 days of receiving your item.
A product can also be returned due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs, or if the product is refused/returned by you as a customer. If you return an item it will be shipped back to the Printful facility, based on where your package was fulfilled.
I will contact you if a product has been returned and how you would like to proceed, or if you wish to change the shipping address so the product can be re-shipped. When reshipping an order, new shipping charges will be applied. If you want to initiate a refund, contact me at least 30 days after receiving your product.
No refunds are made if you contact me more than 30 days after you’ve received the product. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even partially.
In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for 1) The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are personalized. 2) Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted per the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever. For more info on returns, please read the Printful FAQ.
EFFECT OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered). The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which I am informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. I will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything. I may withhold the refund until I or Printful have received the item back from you or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the item, whichever occurs first.

Due to the nature of tarot readings as a service, refunds are not available. However, I am committed to providing a heartfelt and honest interpretation of what the cards reveal.
